EmoticoreAI was recently featured on “In Focus: AI & its opportunities,” a segment of the business program “Market Edge” on Philippine news channel ANC 24/7.

During the program, anchor Michelle Ong spoke with Alex Lagata Jr., Deputy CEO of EmoticoreAI, and Donato Estocada, Director of the International Affairs and Linkages Office at Rizal Technological University (RTU).

The interview introduced the AI initiative being developed by EmoticoreAI and RTU. Combining EmoticoreAI’s technology with visual designs created by RTU students, the project was presented by ANC as the Philippines’ first initiative involving lip-synching AI avatars.

The program also highlighted how the system uses a controlled knowledge database managed through the Playground Console, helping reduce the risk of AI hallucinations and support more accurate and dependable responses.
